I feel pretty confident he was the one ordering 20 mcdoubles with my email/name through uber eats (they dont require you to verify email), marked my residence as a tourist attraction, and registered my real names on reddit when I started talking about what happened to me at arca.
I also feel pretty confident he was the mod for r/halifax that banned me, and still prolly is through another one of his alts and bot networks.
