In youtube if you go to video description, on desktop computer.. scroll down.. then it says transcript, eh.. and that'll pop up a right side panel. I'll go to options there, remove time stamps. Then select and scroll down to end and copy.

Was also this old bookmark where you can upload whole long video files and it does a good job getting text from video audio. You can upload huge videos too. It's better than youtube going CC and it's all "off". This stuff does proper capitol letters.
