Wyoming and other states begin issuing "stablecoins" under their own names just like every country playing "not CBDC we swear" act. Mean while there is also a USDC which again "we're not CBDC we promise" despite backing value defined by CB. All subterfuge bcz CBDC was vilified. All rebranding. (media.scored.co)

No one has the authority to issue currency except the federal government. This will get shot down in the constitutional court(s).

federal government

Why are you here on a conspiracy forum if you believe the federal government is running on a mandate of the people?

? Not how I understand it. I can start a currency, the trick is getting someone to accept it

Article I, Section 8, Clause 5:

[The Congress shall have Power . . . ] To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures; . . .

Because Article I, Section 10, Clause 1 of the Constitution prohibits the states from coining money,

1 the Supreme Court has recognized Congress’s coinage power to be exclusive.

2 The Supreme Court has also construed Congress’s power to coin money and regulate the value thereof to authorize Congress to regulate every phase of currency.

Feds won't easily give that up to a state run bitcoin/trash-token.
