God created everything good, including man. Man disobeyed Him and fell which brought about the world as we know it, full of death, suffering and people believing in all kinds of lies. So the answer is God didn't create people to be unbelievers or to worship idols and demons (like Allah) but people chose to become such because they have free will.

Agreed. Humans are like that - we have less offspring than mice and childrearing takes a lot of effort. But that doesn't mean there isn't a threshold for sustaining the population. There's something called population replacement rate which is 2.1 children for each woman. All "civilized" countries are way below that - we're talking about 1.2-1.5. This means they are going extinct and this process is almost impossible to turn around. China is already cooked at 1 birth per woman (this means their population is halving with each generation).
