If there is ever a government enforced system of eugenics that produces a supply of superior men, it would promptly get pulled down and destroyed because superior men would realize how oppressive it was.

Why would the people created to be better by a policy destroy that policy?
Because such people break restraints upon them by their nature.
The policy freed them. It created them. Why would objectively superior beings destroy the social policy that made them objectively superior?
You're redefining the word free to suit your own argument.
No. Freed from dysgenics. Someone benefitting from a policy isn’t going to destroy that policy.
