If true, this doesn't explain the 3am dump of senate race ballots in WI that went 90% to the democrat. They also did the 3am ballot dump in WI but the Trump early voting numbers were to high at this point.
What a joke this all is.
What is stupid is using 2020 as a basis of comparison, that the guy is using here. But he's onto something with the ghost registration hack, which is how this is done in large scale cases.
This is not an attempt to explain other signs of cheating for the other side.
Anyway, I thought it was appropriate for people here to be able to read what he has to say.

This is my second Duty to Warn Letter regarding hacking of the 2024 Presidential Election. The first letter on November 7 was directed to Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Officials. Both warnings are made per DNI Clapper’s 2015 directive to all agencies and contractors associated with intelligence and financial agency technologies to warn of suspicions of hacking.
