The graphic precludes that everyone who voted in 2020 will vote again in 2024, so the 'estimated of remaining votes to be counted' is really misleading since the count it done. The true anomaly comes from 2020 HUGE Democratic surge of 20,000,000 votes. That is the suspect that should be the focus. The 2024 swing ended up being more like 4,000,000 votes went to Trump, which does not explain what happened to the 16,000,000 missing votes, although, it could be argued that they just did not come out to support Kamala, but still, 16M people not voting is rather suspect.
