They know this because the last seven times they did this, no one did anything. They know this because when they publicly announced that they did it before, no one did anything. They know this because they declared martial law on the entire planet for years and no one did anything.
The rules are “truth is always banned, only lies are allowed” and has been since the beginning. There are no rules. Nothing was broken.
