Just an aside perspective, I think aliens could be higher dimensional beings commonly known as demons/fallen angels and I know Jesus Christ is God and I follow Him, which is the essential part of calling yourself a Christian.
I'd just call them demons. Calling them aliens or ET allows for other non-Christian interpretations.
Possibly, it can also help those on the other side of thinking gain better understanding on Christian thinking
