Very little coming back now. Most Jews from Russia emigrated to Israel because they for whatever reasons failed to get some Western country citizenship or permanent residence. Israel is kind of fallback variant if none other worked.

Even during USSR times when Jews was allowed to emigrate only to Israel, most escape as soon as plane landed in Vienna and applied to different embassies for political asylum. There was no direct flights to Israel in USSR, so they travel through Austria. Austria, meanwhile, somehow didn't allow them to stay, may be using some legal trick, like "violation of transit passenger status" to deny application for asylum or something like. :)

Many who emigrated to Israel all their life after move did everything to convince themselves that it is better in Israel than in Russia, even if their level of living dropped significantly, because Russia is Mordor with us, Russian orcs and all that stuff.

Return to Rusiia for those is equal to admission that they was wrong about Russia, emigration and Israel all the time, and hated Russia suddenly is better for them. Rare Jew could do that.

There was kind of coming back of some Jews around 2018 or so, when level of living in Russia become higher than in Israel. Last small batch was during coronahoax because of Israel strict rules. So only self-indoctrinated and ideologically motivated Jews from Russia still stay in Israel and hardly they even think about returning to Russia. They will try to break into West Europe or USA/Canada.

Meanwhile there is a case in Russian court about banning Jewish Sokhnut waiting for hearing. Sokhnut is worldwide Jewish organisation with formal goal of helping Jews to immigrate into Israel. But of course it was used for support of foreign influence inside Russia, and was caught red handed, so this case was opened.

As I told earlier, from one side Israel state have be eliminated, just to not allow or at least significantly postpone building of Third Temple, and so Apocalypsis. From the other side, Israel was very convenient funnel to drain liberal filth (mostly Jewish) out of Russia.
