Yeah, it opened my eyes up to the food I was eating and to how the government was conspiring to get people ill with their "don't eat meat and load up on carbs, instead" policies.
You are going to pay full big Mac prices for a tiny bit of beef.....?
Okay.....do that then lmao.
You cannot say fast food loses weight and mean anything.... It's irrelevant to the common person, the assumption is that the person eats a 'meal' not two tiny patties....
Add in the medium fries, the medium drink, the bun, sauce etc.
The burger has 50g of carbs when sold as is and not modified like a crazy person, the fries and drink adds plenty.
Its been a while since I watched this documentary, back when it first came out.
So excuse me if I am wrong, but isnt most of the video about how the food is so heavily processed there is no nutrition in it.
You eat 2000 calories of corn nachos with cheese, peppers, onions, jalepenos, etc, is not the same as eating a 1500 calorie large burger with secret sauce and a extra large fry and a extra large pop to go with it. Everything is so heavily processed that the nutrition gets stripped right out. Not to mention the "flavorings" aka chemicals to imitate tastes, and preservatives to maximize profit. Its pure trash.
I dont even remember buddy gaining that much weight, I do however remember him saying he felt like shit waking up everyday after eating it straight for a month.
I feel so much better when I dont drink fucking cola, but even after a few days of not drinking it, I start getting that feeling I had during covid. That panicky, short of breath, feeling like im going to drop dead for no reason, and the last time it was like that my phosphorous was just a few points above breathing problems.
I should have gotten more blood tests done months ago, but ive legit given up lmao. After taking that 250,000 units of vitamin d. I dont have the energy to show up at the walkin 2-4 hours earlier so I can maybe be seen that day. Fucking pathetic healthcare in nova scotia.
And then I was just reading they want to do the same shit in NYC. Overwork the doctors and provide subpar medical care.
Yeah, basically, he went out to prove that it's poisonous and he'd prove it by consuming a lot of it, more than a normal individual would.
The reality is different, though. (Not saying fast food is good for you, just saying that it's not poisonous like the movie would claim).
I'll post an excerpt from wikipedia.
TL;DR: the dude was drinking a lot during the filming and didn't tell anyone (including the doctors) about it. His drinking was likely the reason his health was deteriorating.
A 2006 study on fast food consumption by healthy individuals inspired by the documentary showed that, while the heavy diet does affect liver enzymes, it did not show the same dangerous effect shown in the documentary. This suggested that the extreme reaction must have had another cause,[28][29] and in 2017, Spurlock–who previously told his doctors he did not drink–admitted to copious amounts of alcohol consumption during the making of the film, which some critics, such as documentary filmmaker Phelim McAleer, have argued may better account for his liver issues and other health problems, since he had only changed his diet and not his alcohol intake during the experiment.
Edit: here's a short video about the guy lying about his caloric intake
Fat head is an excellent documentary

Do you know what a carb is.....fast food is loaded with carbs....they have more carbs than natural food....
Didn't I already prove you were stupid?
https://sl.bing.net/RosUs0pp80
You'd have to be retarded if you think that's a lot of carbs, but it's already been proven that you are retarded.
Even if all you did was eat fast food, which no rational person would, you can still achieve reasonable carb consumption.
Here's the food log of the movie where he lost 10lbs in 28 days by eating fast food. The average carbs consumed was 106 WITH NOTHING BUT FAST FOOD.
https://fathead-movie.com/content/MyFoodLog.htm
As you can see, in many cases, he didn't even remove the bun, so you could go even lower if you wanted.
You don't pay me enough to educate you and you wouldn't need to if you had just bothered to read. So fuck off already, you're wrong, get over it.
Let me.get this straight.....

The normal meal is 150g of carbs....
20x your freak example.
Also....the seed oils....flavouring etc...
The salt....

Just another way of culling the population by depriving them of much needed healthcare, for things like kidney damage or fucking hyper parathyroidism.
Fucking society.

They create the problem and then poison you to fix the problem.
Fuck off. Fastfood is one of the worst. But be sure to order a diet coke next you at mcdonalds.
When you are dead, you do not know you are dead. It is only painful for others.
The same applies when you are stupid.
The quoted "unhealthy foods" in the title refers to meats and foods with fat, in general.
It's also made clear in a comment that fast food isn't good, but it's not poisonous like what Super Size Me had everyone believing.
So "fuck off" you retard who can't even read.
Fast food is terrible......
Lmao. Eat it mate. Enjoy it.....you will not live beyond 50 if you were to eat it too often....
You are stupid if you think that shit is food hahaha.
Sorry, but just stupid.
Enjoy it from time to time and you will be fine, provided you eat healthy food most of the time, it will do less damage....but it's poison
