Imagine we wanted to make an exact copy of the pyramids in Egypt, the great pyramid specifically.
Never mind building them without machines. Do you think mankind, not just the current residents of Egypt, but do you think in this world there exists the technical know how and political will to even be able to do it?
If someone else dictated the construction materials and method, no. If I could pick the materials, means and methods, I could do it in 10 years or less with 100 people. I've long believed it is a polymer, not solid stone.
BTW, how come nobody asks who built the pyramids in Mexico? Because we know! That's why they're called Mexicans and not Mexicant's
Same materials, the stones of the same type and size and weight.
No
A solid (life) can only exist within fluid (inception towards death). Can a "stone" be liquefied and grown into shape? Can heat melt small stones into larger ones?
Or crushed and blended into a polymer
