a) Reason. Ones consent to a suggested standard by another one implies dualism, hence a double standard tempting one to reason against others over the suggested standard.
b) Standard aka "stand hard" tempts one to ignore being solid (life) within fluid (inception towards death) aka standing within a moving foundation aka a soft standing.
c) Few suggest standards as a rallying point for military forces...these forces rallying against each other imply many reasoning against each other over suggested standards.
