God doesn't always punish the hardened sinner while he lives and good God-fearing people like Job could get a tough life so divine justice is unfathomable to us because of our limited and fallen nature. What we have is our human justice and the teachings of the Church of Christ. The Church Fathers instructed us not to tolerate blasphemy from the non-believers.

If one tolerates evil and sin passively he becomes an accessory to it and we end up living in a degenerate antichristian society like we do today. This is our punishment.
