That persona seems to be used primarily for accomplishing various tasks in the private sector that would be more difficult (or impossible) if done through a government agency.
But he's also used for miscellaneous other things, as you can clearly see.
He was used to help defuse the scamdemic to some degree with his statement about none of his chinese employees dying from 'covid'.

His playing to our side of downplaying CoHoax is contrary to his at the same time writing he was contributing equipment to creating vaccines, mask, ventilators -- and that he fully support these vaccines and took them. I have learned new life skills, got in shape, read a number of books, worked on my tan, gone swimming, started eating even healthier than I was already, and I have met some awesome people in real life who I now hang out with weekly.....major change.... avoiding the internet and going outside. I have also given $1000's of dollars away and still have more money than I had when I was depressed a few months back....
