I don't think refusing to vote in a rigged fake democracy is "dooming.". It's just facing reality and realizing this tactic has not worked, will not work, and that the sooner we accept that we can discuss REAL solutions which do indeed require violence because an illegal government which violated its contract and permission to govern (the constitution) is not going to police itself or voluntarily step down from power. The government (ZOG) does not fear the people it rules over and definitely won't fear people still foolish enough to believe Republicans or Democrats hold real solutions.

If voters are not satisfied with fulfilling election promises, elected individual should be criminally prosecuted for fraud, with real jail time at minimum equal to the term and without any possibility of bail or pre-term release.
However, as far as I know, there is already no country in the world that allow referendums on arbitrary topics. Either topics are restricted, either topic has to be approved by those who will become punishable for their lies. And referendum on above change to the highest law is barely possible anywhere.
