True be told they have no idea how long it takes for snow to accumulate or how long its been there for. I forget the name but there was a plane that had an emergency landing in Greenland during WWII. By there dating standards it should still be visible. in reality its like 300 feet under the snow.
More like 4500 years ago, before the flood of Noah, Greenland was fertile. Earth was not watered by rain dropping from clouds, as the big oceans are a remnant of the flood, but from a mist rising up from the earth, just like we see happening in rainforests today.
