a) Both consented to suggested abrahamism aka abh (father) raham (multitude). They are being cultivated by mixing to equalize natural differences.
b) Reason makes both sides of every conflict compatible to each other. One cannot reason "for" without establishing an "against".
c) As for the natural foundation...christ implies one who's been set free; while muslim implies one who submits to bondage. Both imply ones free will of choice within a balance based system.

My knowledge of history is definitely not complete or accurate, and I seriously doubt anyone has an accurate insight.
