It was like that ever since the fake and gay freemason (jewish) revolution that toppled the monarchies and installed the left/right republican dialectic where in fact both the left and the right are equally revolutionary - the left being outright commies (the jacobins who won in France) and the right being moderate lolbert degenerates like most of the founding fathers (Jefferson was a famous mason and a satanist and Thomas Payne lived in a menage a trois). And now we see the fruits of their failed experiment (it was bound to fail from the beginning because they defied God and opted out of a monarchy or at least a Christian republic).

In the end both factions share the same basic presuppositions and the left is just more straightforward about it. If you want proof here it goes: today's "conservatives" would be considered liberals 60 years ago. They move along with the Overton window and they ain't conserving shit.
