Ukraine is not in NATO and the only foreign bases on its soil are Russian.

You really are not aware of your lack of logic.
No, I'm not claiming Russia is a NATO member...but if the Ukraine joined NATO, why do you think there wouldn't be NATO troops stationed at Ukrainian military bases there, thus making them NATO bases?
If Ukraine would join NATO, of course there would be NATO bases in Ukraine.
Now, will you finally tell me why you accused me of lying when I wrote that nobody was planning to build NATO bases in Ukraine?
