He got the job to take the blame when the economy fails.
Noone is going to blame this guy. He's going to get a medal.
When governments or companies know an industry is bound to fail they put someone who has no idea what they are talking about in front of it to take the blame when it fails. This is a fact.
And then they become the mayor of the gayborhood.
