btw you know they use similar method of culturing when they "isolate" the virus and sequence its genome, right? Isn't it ironic you're making fun of their method calling it out for being full of shit?
If you're trying to cite Koch's postulates, you probably have run into researchers applying them to VIRUSES, not poisons. I think you're confusing those two things. The original definition of "Virus" is "poison or venom," so that might be the trouble. Poisons definitely exist, but no virus (DNA strand with a sheath, or the spiky ball that invades cells and cause disease) has ever been isolated; they are a fabrication.
Get inside, you sound like you're stroking out from sun exposure.
Nobody has ever fully isolated any poison according to my postulates.
1.) The poison must be broken down into its constituent atoms.
2.) The atoms must be broken down into their constituent subatomic particles.
3.) The subatomic particles must be injected into a healthy animal and cause disease.
Go on smart guy. Find an example of anyone doing that. Bet you can't.
Arsenic? Mercury? Lead? Should I go on?
You're way less smart than you think you are.

Can you tell me why satisfying some dudes assumptions is a scientific requirement at all?
