Same thing for my boss, who was talking to her daughter at home. Did this happen near you?
I live at a place where we had 98% of the sun blocked. It got as dim as late evening for about 5 minutes, with a sudden drop in temperature. Other than those two things, you would never know there was an eclipse unless you looked at the sun with the special glasses, even at it's peak, it was still plenty bright.
Animals are way more in tune with nature than civilized man.
I don't understand the point of this post
I went out and watched it in a town near Indianapolis. It was a very enjoyable experience. Nothing really went that wild
I met a fish doctor from Indianapolis once, maintained a nice business just doctoring the fish of wealthy athletes.
The point is that dogs could tell something was up, whereas with 99%+ of humans, unless you told them it was going to be a 98% eclipse of the the sun, they wouldn't have noticed a damn thing.
It's not supposed to be deep.
Tons of dogs also didn't really react. Depends on one's own sensitivites.
It's simple really allow me to summarize and elaborate on the basic premise and overall tone of this thread:
And there is your conspiracy fren. Dog and boss working together to make cold and dark at night.
