Freedom of speech doesn't exist, even in the US it's illegal to conspire actual solutions.
That's a ridiculously false statement, if you use a technology that you know is heavily surveilled by the government to "conspire" you are unnecessarily adding a level of complexity to a conversation that can be had in a public park or private residence freely.
The way the conversation is conducted doesn't change legality.
It totally does, it goes into federal jurisdiction if people are communicating from different states. You know conspiracy charges. Me thinks the federales want you ignorant of this information.

Fun fact: the UK has literally never had anything even remotely close to “free speech.” It’s literally why we fought a war to leave them.
