I am really at a loss about what you are trying to say. the US warned Russia and Russia publicly dismissed the warnings. how should i know what intelligence exactly was shared with Russia?

do you deny that Russia publicly dismissed the warnings and that there were no armed guards at the concert, while concerts were specifically mentioned by the US in its public warnings?

do you?

There was no any intelligence shared with Russia. The text on US Embassy site is the only information that was somehow shared.

Russia didn't dismiss warnings. Russian officials named that "sharing" as blackmail.

You know, it is easy to understand, that if your neighbour tell you something like "nasty surprise waiting you, don't come close to windows and walk looking around" without telling what exactt surprise is and who exactly is a threat - this is not a warning at all, this is pure blackmail and intimidation by neighbour.

You can't be so dumb to not understand such simple things.

that is factually incorrect.

so, what did Russia do in response to the warnings?

that is factually incorrect.

So, you could provide a copy of information that was shared with Russian officials. Please do it, it is very interesting.

so, what did Russia do in response to the warnings?

During declared in US statement 48 hours special services and three letter agencies was already at maximum alert level. You know, there was elections and intensified terrorist attacks toward civilians in Belgorod, Kursk, Bryansk and Novorossia regions. Also, Ukrainian telegram channels actively recruited perpetrators of different shit at voting stations and public events at that time. Even in small town near me there was full armed police groups guarding every voting station (usually schools, kindergardens, theaters and other state buildings used here for that purpose.).

So, there was extraordinary antiterrorist measures already in place and longer than US declared 48 hours.

Since US government hide full information they had about planned terrorist attack, including names and locations of their puppets, all places of people gathering at the time was protected with armed police forces.

I don't know what more Putin could do to protect citizens from the threat of terrorist attacks in crowded places.

If US government didn't ussie threats but shared names and locations of hired murderers and location of weapons cache prepared for them, then Putin could do more. But that was not sharing of information, that was blackmail.

Here's a fact for you:

The USA warned Russia about an islamist terror attack targeting concerts.

The islamist terrorists walked into a concert building unopposed, shot over 100 people and walked out without encountering any resistance.

Before this happened, Russia didn't thank the US for the warning or continued to stay alert but got offended over it.

Somehow it's all the fault of the USA, right?
