The Embassy is monitoring reports that extremists have imminent plans to target large gatherings in Moscow, to include concerts, and U.S. citizens should be advised to avoid large gatherings over the next 48 hours.
First - if USA government recieved information that some extremists have some plans, without any doubt USA government have information who is that extremists. It just impossible to obtain secret information about someone plans, without knowing who is it. Just imagine how stupid it sounds - source tell some three-letter agency - "extremists have plans of attack!". It is good for Hollywood blockbuster, but just impossible for any agency.
