As for all that idiocy about "freedom of speech" or "democracy", we don't have tradition to acount freedom of shouting "Putin is motherfucker" in public places as freedom of anything at all. We account it as mental illness. It is alien concept for us, so only paid shills will do that, so this way they reveal themselves.

Western audience is absolutely unaware about Russian political opposition for one simple reason - they are all much more "right" than Putin. It is Communist Party (conservative-right, don't even ask :) ), Liberal-Democratic Party (far-right slightly nationalistic, don't ask too :) ) and Fair Russia (antiglobalist-right). This is real Putin and United Russia ruling party opposition with noticeable support, presence in Parliament and local authorities and so on. This parties more or less natural, i.e. there exist real people who share their ideology and programs and have socially useful jobs in business and state. Everything more left and/or liberar than Putin and United Russia is unnatural, artificial constructs, existing mostly on western support without any noticeable support in public.

What you see in Western media as "Russian" "opposition" have nothing to do with Russian politic life at all. They are purely western shills without any chance for anything in Russia. Western media is frightened to death to talk about real Russian opposition, so they push stupid narrative about "all opposition is supressed". No, it is not. Just this real Russian opposition is much worse for the Western elites than Putin. And they are not supressed here.

IDK, try to imagine that Trump is the most liberal and left candidate in US elections, all other candidates are much worse for US elite/MSM then Trump. They insist on instant cut of Israel support, prohibition of LGBTXYZ+ propaganda, expelling not only illegal immigrants, but also heavy checking of IQ and education level of any new legal immigrants who get US citizenship, dismantling CIA, MIC audit, laws prohibiting dual citizens from getting any state position or job, and so on.

In such situation, there will be no other option for MSM except completely ignore any Trump opposition existence, because they will have to at least disclose something from their programs which is unacceptable and think out some artificail candidates that was supressed by evil Trump.
