I am not even sure if all this high tech is needed to cure disease. People get sick due to bad diet, stress, traumas etc..

Shit happens.

No proper resources are given to basic consultation

If only they care about health, like "healthcare" suggests. Not much money from consultations. High-tech gives more profits.
