Oh wow, it says could. How convenient is that. Let's make wild predictions and insert the word could there so we have a way out when they fail time and time again. Never mind we will use those predictions to inform policy as if they have certainty. You know what? The sun could fail to rise up tomorrow, but in case it does, it could fail to rise 10 years from now or make that a 100. That's my prediction and it would be catastrophic for us all. Now to mitigate that everyone should start mandatory sun worship with blood sacrifices at high-noon.
