The 1 dead and 30 injured part lines up exactly with how these shootings happen with black people. They can’t aim for shit and never practice. They just fire blindly at their target.
You’ll see it all the time where they fire into huge crowds and only injure people. My guess is that because they don’t practice, their shots go low. In fact, as soon as I saw the injured to dead ratio, I immediately said to my wife that it was some minority street thugs.
If it's using a . 223 round, it's small and highly powered, so it will go right through a person with little damage. If it's not a shot to the head or heart, it will seldom be fatal. If the shooter was just spraying the crowd, then this is exactly the outcome expected.
Very true. But there have been people on tv claiming that an AR creates soda can sized holes or creates a body with nothing left. The construct makes people think that they do damage somewhere between reality and those claims.
