That's hardly. Those Ukraine citizens who fleed to Israel fleed from conscription on Ukraine. So, even being Jews, they hardly ready to be conscripted by Israel.
Also, no man could leave Ukraine unless he is Jewish.
There is also a possibility that it is some Zelensky order to send some Ukraine troops to Israel, but that would heavily worsen Zelensky position on Ukraine. May be there is some secret agreements between Ukraine and Israel, because Mossad and IDF personnel sometimes occured among deceased AFU, so it is possible that some SBU and AFU members is on duty in Israel.
Traditionally, ethnically Russian and Polish Ukrainians hate Jews since the times of Pale of Settlement. It is hard to imagine that any non-Jewish Ukrainian who succeded to break out of Ukraine will ever fight on the side of Israelis.
Not that I deny possibility or shure that they are there, just some points for the context.

The Ukrainians stationed in the north of Israel on the borders with Lebanon are Jewish for sure and there seems to be a lot there according to a recent hack of the IDF released by Hamas. But it's possible they have been recruited long ago. Also not just Ukrainians, there are also a lot of French and other nationalities.
I made the assumption that they would be hesitant to send Jews to Gaza but maybe they do. I just saw these vids regarding Ukrainians in Gaza:
