They have lots of niacin in raw form? Proper niacin supplementation stops the production of adrenochrome within the body, which itself is connected to schizophrenia in one way or another. I don't know, but that was kinda weird
Biggest takeaway we have from studying fungi this past 50 years is that they are the key to unlocking phosphorous.
