Bragg’s changed ingredients a while ago. You could tell from the color change of deep red to light orange. We switched brands because of it. If you have it in your area, check out De Nigris cider with mother. It’s top notch stuff that’ll heal your gut pronto.
I drink it in water when my stomach is feeling weird, or at least once a month. I use about a tablespoon for 8oz of water. I would up it to 2 tablespoons if I feel sick or illness coming on (which hasn’t happened for about 4 years or so now). You can drink it straight as a “shot” too, which will wake you up. We also make topicals with ACV for skin treatments on rashes, bites, hives. Plus, we use it as a cleaning product for laundry and dishes.
De Nigris is the best one I can buy locally, but there are likely other options at a health food store (a real one, not Whole Foods). You can make your own too, there are lots of books on doing that.

Or make your own.
What do you use it for? what dosage? etc.
Thank you

There’s some great books out there on ACV uses.
Thank you mate!
