The letter doesn't say what "Eli David" claims. Literally does not. He presents it as a quote but this sentence does not appear in the letter.
If you disagree, state in which line it is.
Line 12. Except it starts with "our delegate" and not "we". And goes on to say other sources corroborate the sentence you say doesn't exist. Lol 😂
