"Verified" in this context means a trip code is used, which means the same person (or persons who share the password) posted. All that means is that the "identity" of all posts from Q is known to be the same, as opposed to random other posters claiming to be Q.

I know what you mean. BUT IT ISN’T VERIFIED. There was no tripcode on cuckchan. When Q-LARP was banned on cuckchan, there was absolutely no way to verify the “original poster’s” move over to 8chan. 8chan’s tripcode system uses encryption from the 1970s that the US government admitted had been publicly solved/broken decades ago. Moreover, the administrators of 8chan have plaintext access to every tripcode used on the site. Moreover, when the tripcode system was reset on the back end, all trips were refreshed to new ones. THERE HAS NEVER BEEN AN EXTERNAL SITE ON WHICH Q-LARP HAD PREVIOUSLY POSTED TO VERIFY CONTINUITY OF MESSAGE. Therefore it was literally an act of faith to believe that the same Q-LARP owned both the first tripcode and the second one. MOREOVER, 8chan was taken down for 8 months. When it came back AS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT WEBSITE, there was no continuity of messaging and everyone just worshipped a hoax they wanted to believe still existed.
Tripcodes are worthless as security. There was never an external MD5 hash. There was never even an external “hey, this is my tripcode; if anything happens, this account is me and I’ll tell you where to go next.” and then “hey, my trip changed to [new trip]; i’m posting under that now” exchange to let the faithful Qult know their god was still real.
Q-LARP was Ron Watkins, which is why it stopped making posts the day he stopped working for 8kun. That’s it. You fell for a proven hoax six fucking years after it was exposed.
What makes you say I fell for it. I was just explaining to dude above what it was. Didn't say it was reliable, just that much of it sounded reasonable. And I also pointed out that it was exactly the phenomenon of people attributing God-like properties to Q that turned the movement into a cult, which I am not down with.
I understand your need to lash out at Q supporters and cult members. There are places you can go to find them.

Oh, fair enough. Apoloies for the misunderstanding.
And thank you for the understanding.
Thank you! So nice to converse with a reasonable, thinking human being! Sadly that is rare these days.
