Noticed this picture I saw over the years of Aleister Crowley in 1912. He would have been age 37. Then I'm there.. hey those things, that's like this tarot magician card. Except he's got this egyptian big rock and a book. (media.scored.co)

Crowley's entire adult life was nonstop dumpster fire right up to the point he finally died, even still as an edge lord drug addict well into adulthood his parents still accepted and loved him despite him painting them as uptight church npcs, spent most of his life riding around the world on daddy's money as his father left him in the family business inheritance despite his son being a bipolar sociopath, had literally everything handed to him on a silver platter and still wound up a destitute diseased loser, history's most flagrant case study of why messing around in the occult is for retards

Yeah, but even after his death he is extremely influential and Infamous.

Men may die but good even stories/ideas never do.

And most writers, artists, politicians, entertainers have some kind of mental illness.

Crowley created arguably one of the most intricate and powerful Tarot decks in existence, with the superb contribution of Lady Frieda Harris. It is called the Thoth Deck or The Book of Thoth. It took her 5 years to complete, as each card was a full painting.

Harris began taking lessons in projective synthetic geometry, based upon the ideas of Goethe as reflected in the teachings of Steiner, from Olive Whicher and George Adams

She devoted her genius to the Work. With incredible rapidity she picked up the rhythm, and with inexhaustible patience submitted to the correction of the fanatical slave-driver that she had invoked, often painting the same card as many as eight times until it measured up to his Vanadium Steel yardstick!

The designs contain kabbalistic and astrological attributions described in Aleister Crowley' s work.

So she created 78 works of art, with Easter eggs based on Goethe, Steiner, astrology, Kabbalah, Christian esotericism, and Egyptian esotericism. And Thelema, of course, which is related to the Golden Dawn.

They are fanatics on gestures, and your example is clearly not the case. Consider this question: When does Aleister Crowly NOT look like a magician?

The hand gestures on the tarot picture are the "as above, so below" sign with hands. You can look up Baphomet, and probably research more on that.

Yes, Aleister Crowly is a magician. He already confirmed that himself... I don't know why you need a tarot card to tell you the obvious...
