That's evidence of common ancestry, not direct lineage. Genetic similarity of Europeans and Middle Easterners is not evidence that the lost tribes of Israel are the Celts, etc. without other supporting data.
But if Europeans are most similar to the ancient people living in the Levant, and the current people living in the Levant are descendants of the Canaanites, then most likely Europeans (or some European race in particular) are the Israelites.
No, that doesn't follow at all. A common ancestor prior to Israelites and Celts explains the similarity just as well, especially when there is no written or archeological evidence saying that when the tribes of Judah were lost, they went to Europe.
