TGP ran this story yesterday:

VIDEO: Israel Deploys Iron Beam – Laser Defense System at the Border to Take Down Missiles – Mossad Says System Is Not Yet Fully Operational

They mentioned the lens flare thing, but didn't link to a Mossad source. A tweet they did link to said:

... also the “Iron Beam” is not meant to Intercept these kind of Projectiles and will primarily be used for Very Short-Range Interceptions from Mortar and Artillery Shells as well as some Drones.

I thus imagine there is info on this publicly available if one cared to dig around.

I saw this same video posted numerous times on r/conspiracy, so I guess our Hasbara friends are back on the job.
