Corn prices are set to go down as well. We produce about a 5% year over year increase, but China is buying more from Argentina and Brazil now

What you're seeing is that facts themselves must give way to the narrative. And to back up another step, the narrative is one where the person promoting or participating in it is a hero of the story.

So one can see, there is a certain portion of the human population whose rational process begin with the premise that they are one of the "good guys". Then the simple result is that there are no facts or argumentation that can possibly lead to the conclusion that the premise is untrue.

To think otherwise would be irrationality itself.
