b) consider dia-spora aka diametric-sporadic aka apart through center, which implies a collectivized circumference.
c) choice exists at the center of balance (need/want)...ignoring need (perceivable) for want (suggested) tempts one into imbalance (want vs not want), while leaving the suggesting ones at the center of balance. That's how you get a protected few at the center of a fighting many surrounding them.
d) BIS aka Bank of International Settlements...the few bank the trust of the many...the few are located INTERN (internal) NATION (a people), hence within the gentile nations as central banks...those consenting by trusting the suggested banks represent the settled minds (settlements).
