Firearms Beginning Oct. 1, people with concealed-carry permits will be banned from bringing their firearms into numerous public places. They include public and private elementary, middle or high schools, health care facilities, buildings owned or leased by the state or local government, public or private university buildings, active polling places, electrical plants or electrical storage facilities, gas plants, nuclear power facilities, stadiums, museums, racetracks, video lottery facilities, venues that serve alcohol or cannabis for on-site consumption, and private property unless the owner has given express permission to do so. Exemptions to these restrictions will be allowed for certain people, including law enforcement and correctional officers, security guards and members of the armed forces who are on duty or traveling to and from duty.

Shall NOT be infringed.
I always try to point something out before I dive into certain things, definitions being one..... In case You are the product of a shitty educational system...... The four words I started with are the four words the 2nd Amendment ends with, so what do they mean?
Shall : a strong assertion of intention, future tense. Meaning basically the same thing as should, but in perception of moving forward.
Not: Same as No BUT used as definitive NO meaning never.
Be : Ok, of you don't know what this means I cannot help you.
Infringed : Act as to limit or undermine.
Here's the exact verbage of the 2nd amendment......
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Now, they truly do try to focus on the whole Militia verbage but it is very clear, the right of the PEOPLE to keep and bear arms, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.
What am I getting at? Any Law, Ordinance, Rule, Proclamation, Code or any such enforceable Statute that violates the Constitution, any individuals rights contained therein are Null and Void due to their being unconstitutional, or illegal because they go against the supreme laws of the land, which are of course found within the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. This is not negotiable, this is not something that is my "opinion", and I can prove it!!
Recently there was a ruling by the Supreme Court. That ruling stated that it is illegal, unconstitutional to take the gun Rights away from a Felon, and just because they are a felon doesn't mean anybody has the right to take away their God given right to protect themselves. Now riddle me this...... If a felon now can have their guns, even though a law existed in the books stating they couldn't, what makes you or anyone else think that just because you walk onto a certain property that you suddenly lose your rights?
As a society, or should I say, as a Constitutional Republic, We all can agree to NOT carry our firearms in certain places because of security. Say for instance Federal Court houses, Airports, or even Military bases. One must note that in those cases there is always military or police presence, loaded for bear, and capable of protecting the people. In the case of Schools, Shopping Malls, etc etc There is typically NO presence of anyone to protect, therefore it's the citizens right to carry arms.
At the end of the day the Op of this post made the most important observation one could hope for. The idea of being susceptible to a false flag type scenario increases 100 fold if unconstitutional laws are enforced. Every single police officer or military soldier take an oath. If they choose to stand up against unlawful orders then they are upholding their oath. If they decide to enforce those laws, they too are commiting treason against the citizens. So what's my point?
The very thought of people in Our government working in order to undermine the very foundation the USA has laid for itself, solidified by the blood spilled on its soil, is repugnant. Anyone undermining YOUR God given rights to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness are the enemy. We all have the right to bear arms, anywhere we see fit. Our forefathers did not put limitations on the Citizens, they put the limitations on Government. Somewhere along the way our educational system was subverted, children have been taught lies from a very young impressionable age and now those young ones are adults.
It is the Duty and Right of EVERY CITIZEN to carry arms, wherever and whenever they want. In the extreme case of citizens agreeing that weapons do not belong in a certain place, then it is the duty of the law to protect those within that space, however, shall not be infringed is absolute, therefore any restriction is an encroachment on all of our Rights. After all, the Op made a very good observation here, it almost seems as if their trying to disarm a certain group as if their afraid someone may be able to shoot back..
PROHO says it best....... ACT ACCORDINGLY
Carry On!!!
You're absolutely correct.
Thank you for this comment! Perfect explanation!
Oh, yea, I totally obey all those signs and rules. Basically, if they're not checking for weapons at the door.....
So either disobey or face the consequences.
