I truly wonder about a certain principle leading to this conclusion: more testing means more results. We here know that cancer drugs are a bigger killer than cancer itself, but back in the 90s people weren’t so inundated with medical procedures to find cancers that hadn’t been invented yet. Now, we have some pretty advanced screening and testing procedures to find any trace of cancer, and doctors are prescribing tests like candy. So, now more people are getting tested with better methods to find many more types of cancers. So, how can they succinctly prove it’s just food?
We here also know that red meat and salt are EXTREMELY healthy for you. Once again, it’s most likely the PUFAs and ultra-processed seed oils that are in goddamn everything today, but they go on to blame the most healing of foods.
