She needs a psychologist, a nutritionist, physio therapy. Some group therapy sure as hell wouldnt hurt.

But they dont do any of that here, mental illness is considered a personal choice.

Nova scotia is a "opt out" organ donation province. Im fairly confident they harvested this guy. Didnt even give him a night let alone a week to wake up.
