Please use the quote from Sun Tzu? I had read the translation, but I don't remember that paraphrase?

Yes, and there are plenty more. But unlike the context you used.

The greatest victory requires no battle, winning by. It wasn't an enemy having a battle, killing itself.

Terms, truce, negotiation. Peace. Victory if it prevents battle.

His quotes are often taken out of context. There is a book I owned where it went into detail the tactics, or strategy behind the quotes. I need to buy it again. Gave it to a friend. I do this a lot with books. Then I always miss them.

Technically, I think Boomer's correct. Mentally manipulating the enemy is similar to negotiation / diplomacy. How do you think diplomats 'negotiate'? They use all kind of psychological tricks, mental warfare, laws of power, blackmail, deceit, flattery, slights of hand, manipulation of perception of reality.

Propaganda and mind control has made items causing ill health and death popular - cigarettes, pop, canola oil, fast food, seditary lifestyle, vaccines, pharmaceutical medicine.

Acts of subterfuge, infiltration, agents of calamity. Bringing fear, panic, causing sabotage and assassination.

But these don't win battles. They cause them.

Negotiation requires something to negotiate with from a position of confidence.

But the quote said nothing about killing. Killing is implied by battle, or warfare.

It said; The greatest victory is that which requires no battle. In terms of warfare/conflict it can only be agreement. A victory instead of conflict. Preventing battle.

convince your enemy to kill themselves

a) perceivable sustains (need); suggested destroys (want)...one represents free will of choice in-between.

b) CONVINCE, verb - "to persuade the mind to what is alleged (suggested), and compel it to yield its assent within that which is real (perceivable)".

enemy

Aka adversary; adverse (acting in a contrary direction)...notice that others suggest one to follow directions, while which tempts one to ignore being resistance (life) within direction (inception towards death).

Others aren't ones enemy; they tempt one to ignore ones position. If one consents, then one became the "enemy within" self.
