There's a conspiracy about what the media reports. Wtf is the media trying to say?!
a) being implies center (perception) of surrounding (perceivable)...ones consent to suggestions puts others at the middle (Latin medius; media) of ones surrounding, hence suggested "news" tempting one to ignore being in-between perceivable N(orth) E(east) W(est) S(outh).
In short...others conspire to tempt one to ignore self discernment aka positioning.
b) REPORT, verb (Latin reporto, to carry back; re and porto, to bear)...one bears the re-sponse-ability (choice) to react to perceivable. Choosing to ignore this for suggested carries one back to origin, hence from living back into the process of dying.
a) SAY, verb - "to speak; to utter in words"...others suggest words to tempt one to ignore perceivable sound.
