WTF kind of parent puts a kid to bed with a phone at night?

Same kind that inject his/her child with not-a-vaccines, send to mainstrean school for indoctrinating and account having a child as kind of virtue signalling to those around, like Ukraine/LGBT flag near social network nickname or watching MSM.
