Based on some personal experience with a shitlib that got vaccine injured, they just pretend it's "long COVID" despite the obvious impossibility of that existing and the glaringly obvious fact that it's actually the untested DNA altering gene therapy they took multiple times, which by the self-admission of Pfizer et al has a list of side effects that's over 12 pages long.
