If everyone learned how to properly use a pan, they could just fucking use stainless and it would be nonstick naturally. It's not hard. Even try out the Leidenfrost effect. It's quite neat. I bought an American made set and won't ever look back at the nonstick garbage. Most people don't even use nonstick right either. You're still supposed to preheat a pan and bring your food to somewhat room temp before cooking.
