Others tempt one with want (suggested) to ignore need (perceivable)...falling for such a temptation represents each ones free will of choice.
c) real aka RE (ones response to) AL (all offered) aka being effect within cause. The suggestions by others affect ones effectiveness within cause if consented to.

Couple different reasons, I think.
The main one being that symbols and sounds control reality. Not really going to go into sounds or the power of the spoken word for this one.
