Bastards killed my mom. 5 Marlboro lights, a Zantac, & 2 20floz Diet SunDrops everyday.
I told her all the time all 3 were carcinogenic.
She told me that “oh, everything causes cancer and it’s all genetic anyways. If you’re gonna get cancer, you’re gonna get it, nothing you can do.”
And she would get so angry with me.
She was a charge nurse at the local emergency room.
She died of cancer at 58 years old. I stood there and watched her take her last breath.
Sure, one can say it was her will and her ignorance… But she was brainwashed to trust the FDA- And was raised on big tobacco propaganda. Even her own child couldn’t break the spells for her.
Rip mom.
A lot of people get stuck smoking and just never stop. I think I need to be brainwashed to stop, withstood the vaxx attacks tho, they might need more than one brain washer. Sorry to hear about your mom.
Crrow777 has done a few podcasts about his enthusiasm for tobacco.
He gets some rare strain of tobacco that's been around for hundreds of years. Unadulterated, no chemicals. I suggest researching it. If you can't stop smoking tobacco, then at least smoke the best tobacco that isn't sprayed with chemicals. You will have to roll your own joints or cigars with papers or tobacco paper.
The manufactured cigarettes are carcinogenic mostly from the hundreds of chemicals they spray on each and every cigarette. It's not the tobacco itself that is so harmful.
I had another friend who rolled his own joints using a pouch of premium tobacco. He did it to save money, roll the size cigarette he wanted...sometimes mixed in marijuana and called it a "spliff."
You would be surprised how bad cigs of that nature actually smell. It's like 100x a regular one. I've done the rolling every single one before
Happening in my family too with a very similar justification “oh everything’s bad for you, might as well enjoy what I eat” :( sorry to hear that. It’s a full fledged addiction. Anyone have good advice when it comes to breaking through a lifelong shitty food/beverage addiction?
Master Cleanse, 10 days or more.
Don’t do the “vigorous stomach massage” that killed that one guy, but the fasting and salt flushes really start you over.
There's no magic to it. You have to WANT to do it.
Some people are fed up looking like a sack of potatoes, look in the mirror, and say i hate the way i look and i feel tired and like shit and i want to make the changes.
Your family member has to WANT to make the lifestyle change.
It's not so hard, either. You have to just stop eating packaged food, processed food, junk food, enriched flour, empty calorie carbs, etc.
